At Wildechoes, we understand that customers may need to modify or cancel their orders. Below are our policies regarding order changes and cancellations.
1. Order Cancellation & Modification Policy
- Customers can modify or cancel their orders within 12 hours of successfully placing the order.
- After 12 hours, orders cannot be canceled or modified as they will have been processed and sent to the carrier.
2. How to Modify or Cancel an Order?
Follow these steps to request an order modification or cancellation:

Details of the requested modification or cancellation

Send the request with the subject line [Modify/Cancel Order + Order Number] to support@wildechoes.shop.
3. Refunds for Canceled or Modified Orders

Once we receive your request, we will respond with approval or denial within 1 business day.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 days and will reflect the canceled order value or the adjusted value for modified orders.
