Return & Refund Policy | Wildechoes

By placing an order through Wildechoes, you agree to the terms below. These policies ensure that you are fully aware of our return and refund procedures. These policies apply to orders placed in the United States.
A. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
B. Missing Return Label? No Problem!
Our packages do not include return labels. To initiate a return, contact us at support@wildechoes.com, and we’ll assist you with the process.
C. Return Process
To start a return, contact support@wildechoes.com with the following details:
- Order number and full name
- Proof of purchase (screenshot of order details)
- Reason for return
- Photo or video of the defective or damaged product (for refunds or replacements)
Once we receive and confirm your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will notify you via email. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7 days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
D. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Products
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@wildechoes.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
E. Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or the wrong size. To request an exchange, email us at support@wildechoes.com.
F. Return Shipping Costs
- For defective products: Wildechoes covers the return shipping cost.
- For non-defective products: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- For wrong product orders: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer must cover return shipping expenses.
- Return method: Products must be returned via mail.
- No restocking fee is charged on returns.
- Important: A video or image of the received product must be provided, showing the issue clearly.
G. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
H. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after 12 hours may be treated as a "Change of Mind" return.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing an order. Wildechoes is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
